We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general labour tasks such as loading and unloading materials Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Good communication skills to work effectively within a team Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
