ADE Power Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality power solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke generators and associated systems. We're looking for a hands on, safety conscious Labourer to support our Prep department in preparing metal components for fabrication and paint. You'll play a key role in keeping the prep area running smoothly. From moving materials and assisting with machinery to maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

Responsibilities

Assist the Machine Operators with loading and unloading metal materials Move components between workstations safely and efficiently Support basic machine setup and cleaning tasks Keep the prep area tidy, organised and hazard free Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Complete basic paperwork and help maintain production records Carry out general labouring duties as required by the team

Requirements

Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks and heavy materials. A team player with strong communication skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions Basic awareness of workshop safety procedures A positive attitude and attention to detail
The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and from 7am to 1pm on Friday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, we also enjoy a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
