We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials Operate tools and equipment such as strimmers and hedge cutters safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks Maintain a clean and organised work environment Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities A valid driver's licence is essential A valid CSCS card is essential A valid forward tipping dumper ticket is advantageous
Typical working hours are from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday through to Friday, however, some flexibility with these hours will be required. Your work day will start and finish at our yard which is located in Ynysybwl, Pontypridd.
