We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic hand tools and machinery in a safe manner. Support the construction team in various tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a secure worksite. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates willing to learn. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices is essential.
