Hands-on, practical work across
commercial properties
- retail, leisure, care homes, industrial, local government, and housing Mix ofreactive maintenance
andproject work
- no two days are the same Based mainly in theCentral Belt
, with occasional travel across Scotland (paid travel time, accommodation & subsistence provided) Part of our24/7 on-call rota
(1 week in 5) -extra pay + call-out fees
What You'll Bring
Full driving licence
&valid CSCS card
Able to work at height & fit for physical work Experience in construction or maintenance (preferred) Good communicator & great with customers Happy to use a smartphone for job reporting (we provide one) PVG/Disclosure Scotland clearance (arranged on appointment) Strong focus onhealth & safety
