Harlequin Building Company is a well-established, family-run construction company with over 35 years experience delivering high-quality residential building work across Kent and East Sussex. We specialise in extensions, refurbishments, and alterations -- including on listed properties -- and pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and long-standing relationships with trusted local tradespeople.

We're currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to develop their skills in a well-respected local business.

Role responsibilities:

Assisting tradesmen on site with day-to-day tasks Site preparation and clean-up Loading and unloading materials Basic manual labour (digging, lifting, carrying, etc.) Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction/labouring preferred, but not essential Willingness to learn and take direction Good work ethic and positive attitude Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
