Job Description

We are looking to recruit general building / construction labourers.

Jobs will be a mix of housing work and commercial work involving a variety of building types.

Travel involved as far South as Whitby and as far North as Sunderland.

Ideally candidates will live somewhere close to Guisborough, Stockton, Redcar or Whitby.

Building Skills desirable but not essential.

Essential characteristics include; Reliability is a must. Be onetime and come to work every day. A good can do attitude, ability to present yourself well in front of clients / other professionals, good timekeeping, a mindset of turning out high quality work every time, the ability to work un-supervised and a production-focussed attitude, and a tidy well organised person.

PPE will be provided though you will need your own safety boots to complete a 3 month trial period.

CSCS Card advantageous though we can put you through this and will provide other training as necessary, such as First Aid, Asbestos Awareness & Manual Handling.

Pay fortnightly through CIS. Y

Our workforce is predominantly Stockton/Middlesbrough/ Guisborough/Redcar etc and living around these areas would be best ideally though not essential.

Drivers licence would be highly advantageous.

Ability to drive machines such as Telehandler, 360degree excavator and dumper would be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
