Labourer - Loughborough

Pay:

14.00 to 15.00 an hour

Hours

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm May be required to start earlier and finish later depending on the day

The role of Labourer:

Assist with sensor installations in a variety of locations and for a variety of purposes. This includes coverage across the UK and may require overnight stays Communicate with relevant stakeholders on site to gain permissions prior to installation, as appropriate Effectively adopt and utilize the field service management system and related system(s) Assist with monthly stock checks and inventory management

The ideal Labourer:

Essential

At least 1 year experience in site based environment, such as construction or a discipline similar to the role A full UK driving licence (required) Working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation and best practices Use of and maintenance of power tools and equipment CSCS Card (Labourer Green Card) Computer literate with experience of using at least basic Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to overcome issues Proven ability to work collaboratively and engage with customers Ability to thrive in a challenging environment, prioritise tasks effectively, and respond promptly to changing conditions and priorities Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach to health, safety, wellbeing and protecting the environment

Desirable

Experience of installing external hardware Experience working near water courses Certificates/training relevant to the role e.g., NRSWA, low risk confined spaces. * Experience of implementing or undertaking works under traffic management measures
