The RTR Group is a well-established provider of building and property services, operating across Essex, Kent, and nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team and support a variety of property maintenance projects.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Participation in a 24-hour call-out rota is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Perform general site maintenance, cleaning, and preparation tasks Support Multi Traders (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, painters) as needed Operate basic tools or machinery safely and appropriately Follow all health and safety procedures and report hazards or issues promptly Work effectively with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is beneficial but not essential - training will be provided Ability to carry out manual tasks for extended periods A team player who can also work independently when required Basic knowledge of health and safety practices Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
