Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, contributing to the efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Supporting the setup and dismantling of work sites Carrying out general manual labour such as digging, lifting, and moving items Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and hazards Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Operating basic machinery or tools after appropriate training

Qualifications

Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a work environment Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or similar roles is desirable but not mandatory Valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential Must have an FLT license

Shifts will be 2pm-10pm

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: 14.39 per hour
