Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Report any issues or hazards to management promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with construction sites or manual handling techniques is beneficial. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Strong communication skills to follow instructions clearly. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
