Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles and storage areas. Perform general maintenance tasks around the site, including cleaning and organising workspaces. Operate basic machinery and tools as required, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools is advantageous. Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
