Ingleford Scaffolding has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a labourer.

Location: Washington, Tyne and Wear

Requirements:

Previous experience in a construction role Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Basic knowledge of scaffolding systems and construction tools in advantageous Excellent teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the loading and unloading of scaffolding materials and equipment Help set up scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and company standards Support scaffolders and other team members in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding systems Ensure that scaffolding and components are properly secured and stabilized Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage and inventory of materials Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines Perform basic maintenance and repairs on scaffolding equipment as needed. Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.
