Aseto DBM is seeking a
dedicated and hardworking Labourer
to join our team. This role involves supporting construction projects by handling materials, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate should havephysical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
Assist with
loading and unloading
materials and equipment Performgeneral maintenance and cleaning
of work areas Followsupervisor instructions
to complete tasks effectively Operatebasic hand tools and power tools
as required Supportskilled tradespeople
in their duties when needed Adhere tohealth and safety protocols
to maintain a safe working environment Participate inteam meetings and training sessions
as requiredQualifications & Requirements
Previous
labouring experience
Ability to performphysical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
Strongteamwork and communication skills
Understanding ofhealth and safety practices
in the workplace Willingness tolearn new skills
and take on additional responsibilitiesSite clothing and steel-toe shoes required
(Company T-shirt and jumpers provided)On-site tools and specific PPE provided
