Key Responsibilities
Assist with
loading and unloading
materials and equipment
Perform
general maintenance and cleaning
of work areas
Follow
supervisor instructions
to complete tasks effectively
Operate
basic hand tools and power tools
as required
Support
skilled tradespeople
in their duties when needed
Adhere to
health and safety protocols
to maintain a safe working environment
Participate in
team meetings and training sessions
as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous
labouring experience
Ability to perform
physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
Strong
teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of
health and safety practices
in the workplace
Willingness to
learn new skills
and take on additional responsibilities
Site clothing and steel-toe shoes required
(Company T-shirt and jumpers provided)
On-site tools and specific PPE provided
