We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. Duties

Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and organised working environment. Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, providing support as needed. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. Operate basic machinery or tools as required, following safety protocols. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
