Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the ability to follow instructions accurately. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general building site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, following all safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including carrying materials and assisting with installations. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety guidelines consistently. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
