Job Title: Waste Operative

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently handle waste materials, including sorting, segregating, and disposing of them in designated areas.

- Operate various equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and compactors, to handle and transport waste.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain a clean and organised work area.

- Maintain accurate records of waste quantities, types, and disposal methods.

Requirements

:

- Previous experience in waste management or a similar field is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

- Physically fit and able to handle heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and segregate different types of waste.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
