We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, or other labour-intensive projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of work sites
Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team objectives
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory
CSCS Card is required for working on site.
