Van Driver/Labourer - Nationwide
Road Surfacing (Surface Dressing)
We are looking for a reliable
Van Driver/Labourer
to join our team and work on road surfacing (surface dressing) sites. While this is a nationwide role requiring flexibility, we are currently working in West , which means local candidates will be able to return home every night.Key Details:
Pay:
120.00 per day (net, take-home after tax) for license holders, and 100.00 per day (net, take-home after tax) for non-license holders.Schedule:
12 days on, 2 days off (every other weekend off).Contract:
Temporary (6 months initially, with the potential for continued employment based on business needs).Start Date:
June.What You'll Do:
Work flexible hours, including weekends (weekend work is paid at a flat rate; no overtime uplift). Travel as required for projects.
What We Offer:
Full induction and training. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.
Accommodation:
For projects requiring overnight stays, accommodation will be arranged. This may include:Sharing a hotel room with one other person, or Staying in construction accommodation units (unless you have your own caravan).
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
