Role: Labourer/Improver
Location: Various sites, primarily Norwich/Mid Norfolk /North Norfolk
Reporting to: Site Supervisor/Foreman/Contracts Manager
An excellent opportunity for a Skilled Site Operative with a solid background in on site works, to join a well-established construction company who have a strong pipeline of residential projects coming in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable previous experience within the residential and heritage sectors, looking to join a growing company and progress their career. Ideally with a focus on one of the key trades, as well as being able to assist with other tasks.
Role purpose: Working within a small team of fellow craftsman/tradesman/site staff, to successfully and sympathetically complete construction schemes. Supported by a team of dedicated office staff and operating throughout the Norfolk region, the role will bolster our service offering to key clients such as the national trust, local architectural partners, and homeowners.
Role responsibilities:
Following all site standards, protocols, procedures and requirements to ensure a safe, efficient and professional build, including compliance with all relevant safety and trading regulations.
Ability to work independently and plan time effectively.
Highly energetic and have a passion for teamwork.
Full UK driving licence.
Effective communicator.
Display an innovative approach. A problem solver with the ability to work to deadlines.
Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and pride whilst maintaining an efficient and customer focused service.
