Job Description
Based in Cirencester, we have over 65 years' experience in the agricultural, amenity and land maintenance sector. Tugwell Contracting specialise within the renewable energy sector and work on over 300 solar farms across the UK.
About the Role:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable
Labourers
to join our team on large-scalesolar farm construction projects
across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are newly qualified, eager to gain experience in the renewable energy sector, and willing to travel for work.Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the installation and assembly of solar farm infrastructure (excluding the install of solar panel) from road construction, tree planting, fencing works. and more Supporting skilled trades on-site with general labouring tasks Handling materials, maintaining a tidy site, and following health & safety procedures Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Travelling to different sites and staying away from home as required
Requirements:
Valid
CSCS Card
(essential) Newly qualified or with limited site experience - full training and guidance provided Physically fit, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to travel and stay away from home during projects Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)What We Offer:
