Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Newry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly. Comfortable with heights and working with ladders. ? Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
