Visual Merchandiser - Ladieswear

Due to our continued growth, the House of Bruar is looking for a talented individual to join our fashion forward Ladieswear team.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with an eye for detail and a strong sense of visual flair to join our Ladieswear and Visual Merchandising teams. You will take the lead in maintaining high merchandising standards across the department--creating engaging, commercial displays that showcase our products to their full potential. This will include in store merchandising as well as window displays, mannequins and seasonal displays, so you will have the opportunity to have fun and show your creativity every day.

This is a hands-on role that also requires a willingness to support all operational tasks across the Ladieswear Department, from ensuring displays are immaculate and impeccably clean, to delivering outstanding customer service during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement eye-catching displays and layouts to highlight seasonal ranges, promotions, and bestsellers.

Change displays when required, to promote new product/ merchandise launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.

Uphold brand standards across all visual presentation in the Ladieswear Department

Assist customers with product queries and always offer exceptional levels of service.

The Person:

A strong eye for detail and creative mindset, ideally with previous retail merchandising experience.

Flexible and hands-on approach, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong resilience - an eagerness to achieve excellence in every facet of the position.

Positive attitude and a team player.

Ability to create strong working relationships within departments.

Solution-focus.

Self-starting nature and uses their initiative.

Ability to accept feedback due to the subjective nature of the role.
