```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Lagger to join our team for an upcoming project. As a Lagger, you will be responsible for insulating pipes, ducts, and other equipment using various materials to maintain temperature control and prevent heat loss. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and showcase your expertise in insulation techniques.

```Duties```
- Apply insulation materials to pipes, ducts, tanks, and other equipment according to project specifications
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation using appropriate methods such as wrapping, taping, or securing with adhesives
- Ensure proper sealing of insulation to prevent air leakage and maintain efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while handling insulation materials and tools
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of installed insulation and make necessary repairs or replacements

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Lagger or similar role in industrial or construction settings
- Familiarity with working on various surfaces including masonry, electrical systems, plaster, painting, welding, carpentry, roofing, and using power tools
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings related to insulation requirements
- Proficiency in building and installing insulation systems to optimize energy efficiency
- Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting insulation materials
