Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement Develop innovative teaching materials and resources to enhance learning experiences Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records of student participation and achievements Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and share best practices Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Uphold organisational policies, health, and safety standards within the learning environment

Qualifications

Relevant teaching or training qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or equivalent experience Proven experience in delivering engaging lagree instruction in a similar setting is desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate learners of varying abilities Organised with strong planning skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs A passion for education, personal development, and fostering positive learning experiences Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards is advantageous
