About the Role:
Are you passionate about raising achievement across schools and building effective partnerships in education? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lambeth Schools Partnership (LSP) Coordinator to play a key role in driving continuous improvement for all children and young people attending Lambeth schools.
This is a senior-level opportunity within Lambeth Council's Education and Learning division, offering the chance to lead, coordinate and shape a growing partnership between the Local Authority, Lambeth schools, and wider education organisations.
As the LSP Coordinator, you will:
Project manage initiatives that raise achievement across multiple schools
Support and strengthen the Lambeth Schools Partnership's operations and communications
Develop and implement strategies that promote excellence and address underachievement
Coordinate events and partnership meetings, ensuring effective organisation and delivery
Work closely with headteachers, school staff and education leaders across Lambeth
This role is ideal for a senior school leader or someone with relevant experience in the local authority or wider education sector. Applications are welcome from serving Lambeth school staff on a secondment basis.
We're seeking a candidate who has:
A proven track record of leading and supporting high-impact school improvement initiatives
Excellent understanding of school improvement strategies and the education sector context
Strong project and event management skills
Experience of working with senior education leaders, including headteachers
Excellent communication skills across various media
A good understanding of the Lambeth Schools Partnership's purpose and governance
A resilient, collaborative and proactive approach
