Job Overview
This role would suit an entry level LAMDA teacher looking for experience or a settled local teacher wanting regular work. We are looking for someone available Friday daytime during term time. We currently have 3-5 teaching hours per week.
The school is trailing LAMDA in year 9 only, with the hope to expand as popularity grows. Students will be taken as solo students or in pairs for 1 x 20 minute lesson per week.
Duties
Delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of students in groups of up 2. Communicate effectively with children, encouraging their participation and helping them express their thoughts and feelings. Observe and report on student progress, behaviour, and any concerns to the project lead.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with both children and staff members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to varying situations within the classroom setting. Experience teaching or examining with LAMDA is preferred.
We are looking to hire a member of staff as soon as possible in January.

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
