This is a varied role to assist the Land & New Homes department with administrative tasks related to site marketing as well as spending two days per week proactively sourcing new Land opportunities with a view to turning land leads into instructions.
Competitive Salary: 25,000 - 30,000, including Car Allowance,
OTE: 32,000

Key responsibilities of a Land & New Homes Executive
Composing, and scheduling monthly HTML Email campaigns for live New Homes sites, organising images, links, and proof reading.
Composing and scheduling Social Media campaigns for live New Homes sites, organising images, links, and proof reading.
Creating monthly short videos to promote our live sites.
Assisting the New Homes team with developer meeting preparation, this will involve monitoring the sites property performance on all website portals.
Updating property listings with new imagery and content to keep listings refreshed.
Maintaining land lists and distributing to our developer network.
Creating and distributing a monthly in-house Newsletter.
Raising manual invoices and sending over to our accounts team.
Ordering CGIs from external companies as well as bespoke signage and print leaflet campaigns.
Chasing ID and maintaining compliance records.
Ordering floorplans and new photos for new sites.
Ordering drone and video footage for new sites.
Assisting with month end figures and reporting.
Producing and distributing property lists to our branch teams.
Attending on site marketing meetings.
Creating and organising site brochure production.
Sending prospecting emails / letters after researching potential development sites through our system.
Organising the tracking of other agents Land listings, sourcing the land owner and sending touting material with a view to taking on the instruction.
Liaising with our Modern Method of Auction team to organise marketing of Land sites.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Land & New Homes Executive
Previous Estate Agency experience is required minimum 12 months.
Able to build relationships with new and existing clients.
Create and deliver accurate copy for property marketing.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel is essential.
