Your Story

We are looking for a Land and Planning Graduate to join our team in the Cumbria and Scotland region, based in Carlisle.



This role will involve identifying regional land opportunities, supporting acquisitions, securing land rights and more.



We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and the ability to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of contracts and the obligations within them, able to help produce and maintain Regional land and planning spreadsheets where required and, provide planning advice to identify and inform the structure and negotiation of new Region site opportunities.
