As our student numbers grow and our curriculum evolves, we're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Land-based Engineering specialist to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons and practical sessions across a range of levels.

What you'll be doing:

Teaching land-based engineering and machinery-related units with a strong practical focus Collaborating with our Farm Manager to integrate real-time farming operations into your teaching Inspiring learners through hands-on experiences and industry-relevant content Supporting students' development with a flexible, positive, and motivating approach

What we're looking for:

Significant vocational experience in land-based engineering or agricultural machinery Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills A passion for teaching and developing young people A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (desirable) Teaching qualifications (desirable--but we'll support you to gain them!)
