Job Summary:

We are supporting a well?established law firm in the South to recruit an experienced Land Development / Commercial Property Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team environment, with genuine prospects for career progression.

What you'll be doing:

Advise clients on a broad range of land development and commercial property matters. Manage acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. Provide clear, practical advice with a strong client?focused approach. Work closely with colleagues to deliver high?quality service in a collegiate environment. Contribute to the growth of the practice through excellent client care and relationship management.

About you:

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' post?qualification experience. Strong background in land development and commercial property work. Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to client service. Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently while working as part of a team. Ambitious, with an interest in progressing to partnership in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 65,000.00-75,000.00 per year
