Are you personable, an effective communicator with a keen eye for detail, and experienced in land referencing or land entry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity within Wessex Water's Estates department for a Land Entry Coordinator.

What you'll do

Working within the Land Entry team, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of land entry matters across a multitude of construction and operational projects across our region.



Your responsibilities will include:


researching, interpreting and collating legal interests in land using typical land referencing approaches, which may include HM Land Registry, direct landowner contact, GIS and other data sources producing and issuing accurate schedules and plans of land interests supporting land entry agreements and statutory entry processes through the preparation/issue of statutory notices and landowner correspondence processing payments and maintaining detailed records liaising with engineers, landowners, occupiers, and professional representatives ensuring land entry agreements are issued and returned in line with project timelines.

We're looking for someone who is:


experienced in land referencing and administrative support experienced in Microsoft Office, GIS mapping, and land referencing tools able to accurately interpret Land Registry information highly organised with excellent attention to detail a confident communicator, both written and verbal comfortable managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively across teams.

A valid driving licence is required for this position, as there will be occasions when site visits are required.
