As a growing company, we're looking for a motivated and confident
Land Procurement Officer
to help expand our portfolio by building partnerships with landowners and securing new sites for our services.
The Role
As a
Land Procurement Officer
, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy -- identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with landowners and businesses who could benefit from ANPRODATA's civil enforcement solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and approaching potential landowners, property managers, and businesses with parking facilities.
Promoting ANPRODATA's range of services, including
Civil Enforcement Officers
, signage installation, and car park management systems.
Meeting clients on-site to discuss their needs and propose tailored enforcement solutions.
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients to support future growth.
Preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Collaborating with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintaining detailed records of leads, meetings, and conversions in our CRM system.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is confident presenting solutions, and takes pride in helping clients improve their operations.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a professional, outgoing individual who combines commercial awareness with excellent interpersonal skills.
Essential skills and experience:
Experience in
sales, business development, or client relations

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in meeting and presenting to clients face-to-face.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Desirable:

What We Offer
30,000 salary
per year (depending on experience).
