Landlord Acquisition & Business Development Executive
with
property experience
to help expand our managed and sourced portfolio.
Salary:
1,200-1,400 per month guaranteed base
Uncapped commission
Typical earnings:
2,400-5,000+ per month for consistent performers
Clear targets and progression
The Role
This is a
pure acquisition role
focused on bringing new landlords into the business. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and converting landlords for
management, lettings, or rent-to-rent agreements
.
This is not an admin or property management role. Success is measured by
activity, pipeline, and completed deals
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach private landlords via outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups
Source landlords through platforms
Clearly pitch 23 Collective's services and models (management, lettings, rent-to-rent)
Book appointments and progress conversations to signed agreements
Maintain a simple CRM or tracker of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
Build and manage an active pipeline of landlord prospects
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of secured properties
Performance Expectations
2 management / lettings properties per month

Performance is assessed on both
activity levels and conversions
Requirements (Must-Have)
Previous experience in property
(lettings, landlord acquisition, sourcing, or similar)
Confident communicating with landlords and handling objections
Ability to handle rejection
Understanding of lettings, management, and rental models
Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups
Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
Professional, calm communication style
