About the Role

LeBern is seeking a Part-Time Landlord Engagement & Guaranteed Rent Specialist to grow our Guaranteed Rent service by engaging with landlords, handling inbound enquiries, and developing new business opportunities. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills who wants flexible hours while building relationships with landlords and expanding our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from landlords about our Guaranteed Rent service.
- Clearly explain service options, addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of landlord contacts and leads.
- Proactively identify and develop new business within our existing client base, cross-selling property management and Guaranteed Rent services.
- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to build and maintain landlord relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and management on strategies and messaging.
- Report on leads, conversions, and engagement activity.

Key Skills & Experience

- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with landlords.
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage a CRM pipeline.
- Self-motivated, results-focused.
- Experience in lettings, estate agency, sales, or landlord services (desirable).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
