We're looking for a Landlord Health & Safety Compliance Manager to lead our Compliance Team, ensuring our homes are safe, compliant and meet the highest standards across areas like gas, electric, fire, asbestos, and more.
You'll be confident in managing teams, passionate about data and assurance, and driven to improve outcomes for customers every day. If you've got strong experience in building compliance or property services and want to make a difference in West Wales, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: Salary: 51 - 54k (37 hours per week, plus participation in an out of hours on call rota)
