44,000.00 / 50,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)



We are an established landscaping company specialising in

high-quality hard landscaping projects

for residential and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an

experienced Hard Landscaping Foreman

to lead site teams and deliver projects to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can

run sites, read and work from plans

, and manage labour and materials efficiently.

company van is provided after a successful trial period

Key Responsibilities

Leading and supervising hard landscaping teams on site Working accurately from

construction drawings and landscape plans

Setting out works including levels, falls, and drainage Carrying out hard landscaping works such as: Paving (porcelain, natural stone, block paving) Groundworks and foundations Retaining walls Steps, drainage, and associated groundworks Ensuring work is completed on time and to specification Managing materials, deliveries, and site organisation Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site Liaising with management and reporting progress
Requirements

Proven experience as a Hard Landscaping Foreman or Senior Landscaper

Strong knowledge of hard landscaping and groundworks

Ability to read and work from plans and drawings (essential)

Experience setting out levels and falls Good leadership and communication skills Full UK driving licence CSCS card (preferred) First Aid / SSSTS (advantageous but not essential)
