Job Summary

The position is ideal for those eager to contribute to diverse and interesting landscaping projects. We have an excellent close-knit team who all have their own individual qualities and are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Labourer to join our team.

You will be responsible for various manual tasks across our sites, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe working environment. We work in rural and remote locations across Lancashire and further afield.On occasion, this role involves staying away for 1-2 nights in employer-arranged, fully paid accommodation where food and drink are provided. This is a permanent PAYE position offering consistent, full-time work.

From 29,000 - 31,200 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials. Preparing materials for installation. Supporting the setup and dismantling of work areas, including moving equipment and supplies as required. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to promote safety and efficiency.

Assisting the team with mixing mortar, installing paving, soft landscaping, light joinery, digging, construction tasks and other general landscaping duties. Operating manual tools and equipment as required.

Experience

Previous experience in landscaping, construction or manual labour roles is required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.

A clean appearance and a positive attitude are essential.

Willingness to learn new skills.

Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to manual work environments.

Must hold a full UK driving licence. Minor points may be considered.
