This position requires flexibility, as you will often be working away from home at different sites across the UK -- sometimes up to
four nights a week during peak demand
. In return, we offer

Key Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, fencing, gate installation, hedgecutting and weeding.
Support vegetation management including site clearance, weed control and habitat improvements.
Use and maintain hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and efficiently.
Operate machinery such as tractors, telehandlers and roboflails.
Assist with, planting, seeding and installation of ecological features.
Install habitat fencing and support projects promoting Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
Clear debris and maintain clean, safe work areas.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to high standards.
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
Use Reflow software for daily digital project reporting.
Requirements
Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or vegetation management is advantageous, but not essential.
Willingness and ability to work away from home (up to 4 nights a week during busy periods).
Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and light machinery is a plus.
Passion for the outdoors, landscaping, and ecological improvement is highly valued.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work well as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence is required.
A CSCS green card or SMSTS supervisors card is desirable.
