Job Description

Consilium Hortus is an award-winning garden design and landscaping studio delivering elegant, lifestyle-led outdoor spaces. Our projects span outdoor kitchens, luxury planting schemes, bespoke paving, and structural features -- all finished to the highest standard.

We're looking for a skilled Landscaper to join our growing in-house team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong experience in both hard and soft landscaping, a good eye for detail, and pride in their workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Site preparation, groundworks, and setting out Laying porcelain and natural stone paving Building retaining walls, steps, fencing, and pergolas Soil conditioning, bed preparation, and planting Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe site
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of professional landscaping experience Solid understanding of landscape construction techniques Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to follow plans and work to levels accurately Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Driving licence preferred
