Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance and horticulture, with the ability to work effectively with various tools and machinery. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces, ensuring that all landscaping projects meet our high standards of quality.

Duties

Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pruning plants and trees. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators to complete landscaping projects efficiently. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of plants and lawns. Assist in the construction of landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Mainly soft landscaping, turf and trees etc: Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify potential issues or areas requiring attention. Collaborate with team members Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and necessary repairs to ensure safety and functionality.

Skills

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Proficient mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping equipment. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators. Understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements. Background in gardening or horticulture is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
