Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of Landscaper. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and horticulture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators. A passion for gardening and maintaining outdoor spaces is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform Hard Landscaping and landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting. Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Utilise excavators for earth-moving tasks as required. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant health. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Collaborate with team members on construction projects related to landscaping. Assist in gardening activities including planting, pruning, and weeding. Monitor plant health and implement necessary care practices.

Experience

Previous experience in Hard landscaping and landscape maintenance or horticulture is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators. Experience in construction-related tasks will be considered a plus. A genuine interest in gardening and outdoor work is essential for success in this role. Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Experience:

Landscaping: 3 years (preferred)
