About us:

We are a commercial landscaping company of which have been operating for a little over 21 years. With a growing business in 2025, we are looking for a select 4 landscaping labourers / team leaders to be part of a new team to carry out various landscaping duties across our Sites throughout the midlands for leading housebuilders

This is a full time job based on a 45 hour week contract. The job entails commercial maintenance on various building sites around the midlands area.

Duties will be driving from site to site to carry out various maintenance / landscaping jobs such as ground preparation , turf laying , shrub planting grass cutting, edging of borders, weeding borders, pruning/shaping shrubs and topping bark mulch up on shrub borders. This role will suit a person with a history of working in this sector with a knowledge of keeping sites looking in tip top condition. the role may involve aspects of turf laying , shrub and tree planting .

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

Mechanical knowledge related to landscape equipment

Familiarity with irrigation systems and excavators

Background in construction, gardening, or horticulture

Ability to perform maintenance tasks on landscaping machinery

great communication skills

ability to work under tight time constraints

Pay: 12.90-13.00 per hour
