About the Role

Following significant investment in a high-spec landscaping display, we are seeking an experienced

Landscaping Sales Specialist

to commercially own and grow this category within our Lothian branch.

This is a hands-on, sales-driven role focused on developing relationships with developers, groundworkers and landscapers, and turning opportunity into consistent revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of all landscaping and external works sales Develop relationships with: Housebuilders Groundworkers Landscapers Specify, quote and convert projects Proactively generate new business Support and train branch staff on landscaping products Work closely with the Branch Manager on growth strategy Build a strong local reputation in landscaping supply

About You

Proven background in landscaping, civils or groundwork sales Strong technical product knowledge Confident dealing with large and complex projects Proactive, driven and target-focused Commercially astute and relationship-focused Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Landscaping established as a high-performing category Strong repeat business from developers and contractors Healthy project pipeline and strong margins Clear return on display and stock investment
