Leading the design of assessments, learning materials and feedback practices that enhance student outcomes. Overseeing staff development, robust recruitment, and performance to build a motivated, high-performing teaching team. Delivering engaging and inspiring teaching to undergraduates. Contributing to the wider educational mission of Imperial through scholarship, educational research and committee participation. Representing the Languages section internally and externally, collaborating with sector leaders and professional bodies.

Strong expertise in curriculum development, digital innovation, and the use of student-centred teaching and assessment strategies. A strong commitment to inclusive teaching, continuous professional development, and reflective practice. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage stakeholders across the university and beyond. You will be recognised for your contributions to language education, with a commitment to evidence-based practice, inclusive teaching, and continuous professional development.

What we can offer you

-------------------------
