Large Format Project & Customer Service Executive
to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in
managing signage and graphics projects internally
-- ensuring each one is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality. You'll be the bridge between our clients, sales team, and production teams, providing clear communication and efficient project coordination from brief to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large format print and signage projects from initial brief through to delivery and installation.
Coordinate internal workflows -- ensuring quality standards, budgets, and deadlines are met.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering proactive communication and accurate updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare quotations and job tickets, maintaining accurate documentation and project records.
Collaborate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful outcomes.
Support the Head of Client Services and Sales team with client development plans and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
Continuously look for ways to improve internal processes and client experience.
Skills and experience required
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, positive approach with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence taking and interpreting client briefs via phone, email, and in person.
The ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables.
Good working knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
A collaborative mindset -- equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Desirable experience
Previous experience in
large format print, signage production, installation
, or
account/project management
within a print or graphics environment.
