About the Role:

Absolute Creative Print is looking for a skilled and motivated Large Format Wide Format Operator / Print Finisher to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality print products using our state-of-the-art HP Latex 700W printer, including roll-up banners, posters, display boards, and other large format materials. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting both client expectations and tight deadlines.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of wide format printing, from production to finishing, and contribute to exciting projects for local businesses and national clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Large Format Wide Format Operator / Print Finisher, your responsibilities will include:

Operating the HP Latex 700W Printer:

Setting up, running, and maintaining the HP Latex 700W to produce high-quality prints on a variety of media.

Print Production & Finishing:

Producing roll-up banners, posters, display boards, and other large format print materials, ensuring excellent colour accuracy and quality.

Cutting & Finishing:

Handling the finishing processes, including cutting, laminating, mounting, and assembling printed materials.

Quality Control:

Monitoring print quality throughout production to ensure that all projects meet industry standards and client specifications.

Project Support:

Assisting with the production of creative projects for a variety of clients, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Off-site Installations:

Installing large format prints on-site, including display boards and other materials, with occasional work at height.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who:

Has previous experience in large format printing and finishing (experience with HP Latex printers is a plus). Is highly detail-oriented, with a strong eye for precision and quality. Has excellent organisational skills and is able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Works well within a team but can also take initiative and work independently when required. Is physically fit and comfortable with off-site installations, including working at height when necessary. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional standard with clients.
