We are currently seeking a Store Team Leader to work in our lovely store in the heart of Lark Lane. This job role is for 24 hours plus. Lark lane is a bohemian area which attracts working professionals and tourists, this is a dynamic ever evolving area. Working with the company owners and business manager, you'll play an essential part in overseeing the day to day running of the store. You'll be responsible for keeping the store standards high and ensuring our company ethos, of delivering excellent customer service is your primary focus.

This role will include; keeping up with company policies, staying up to date on all of our products, processing deliveries/stock rotation in a timely manner, delegating tasks /daily responsibilties and maximising sales opportunities.

We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of providing a high level of customer service as well as one who can effectively communicate with both employees/customers and also cascade direction from management. A strong interest in visual merchandising, store curation and social media is also of importance. Being comfortable featuring on our socials is also of importance.

Responsibilities:

Build a positive relationship with both customers and other employees. Work alongside management and business owners. Provide excellent customer service. Manage staff tasks and daily responsibilities. Lead our lovely team to success. Analyse sales/trends/work and with and social media manager. Stock management. Visual merchandising. Key holder. Manage the team's productivity to achieve sales objectives.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
