We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled

Laser & Beauty Practitioner

to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As a Laser & Beauty Practitioner, you will be the first point of contact for our clients--providing professional consultations, recommending appropriate treatments and skincare products, and delivering high-quality aesthetic services. Your responsibilities will also include:

Performing advanced treatments Front-of-house reception duties Retailing skincare products Diary and appointment management General administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out skin-based and advanced aesthetic treatments Managing the day-to-day running of the clinic, including stock control and treatment room upkeep Assisting with promotional activities and achieving sales targets Ensuring the highest standards of client care and satisfaction Supporting overall clinic operations and team coordination

Essential Skills and Experience

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent); Level 4 is highly desirable Minimum of 1 year's experience in an aesthetics clinic, day spa, salon, or beauty counter environment Confident in delivering a wide range of treatments, ideally including: Laser Hair Removal (Soprano) Sterex Electrolysis Hydrafacial Microneedling Microdermabrasion Radio Frequency Skin consultations and cosmetic skincare Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in both written and spoken English Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitude Genuine concern for client care and an empathetic approach Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed Sales-oriented with experience working to targets
