What we are looking for:

We are seeking a very experienced and ambitiousLaser Practitioner / Aesthetics & Beauty Therapist who is good at generating their own work from a very large pool of potential high net worth client base

Beauty NVQ Level 4 (essential) and Beauty NVQ Level 4 (desirable) Must have Cynosure PicoSure Pro Laser training and experience (mininum 1 year) Must have Cynosure Potenza (Mircroneedling with RF) training and experience (mininum 1 year) 2 years experience in aesthetic industry Experience with Skin Consultations Experience with Visia Skin & Complexion Analysis Machine Experience with Microneedling (SkinPen and the likes) Experience with Dermulux Light Therapy Experience with Exosomes Experience with Cryotherapy Experience with Chemical Peels and Facials Experience with Medical Grade Skin Care such as ZO, Obagi and SkinCeuticals Excellent Sales focused with experience. Able to convert Passion for aesthetics and skincare with good working knowledge Excellent communication skills Ability to work in busy environment Ability to work flexibly with regards to hours to suit business needs Fluent English Positivity and high energy Trustworthiness, respect, and integrity Motivated and interested to earn Well presented, with the highest standard in customer care
